    We think the message is to stop pollution and animal welfare as it is effectining there natral habitats. Another message could be never think of yourself think of how others feel as well they might disagree. It tells that pollution can harm the smallest animals by just by sticky tape, the pollution can also effect the clean air and water, the animals would get terrible diseases.

    2- The images in this book show that humans are polluting the lakes in the wild and how the animals think it’s disgusting.
    3-The authors use of language helps make it more suitible for younger audiences and helps them understand more of what’s happening in the story.
    4-The main characters in this story are two frogs who’s names are Elster and Clyde but Clyde is the one whom gets kicked out of the swamp by Elster but comes back in the end.
    5-The believed intended audiences for this book are children ages 4-13 because it shows basic vocabulary that younger children understand more that helps them comprehend what’s goin on in the story.

    It’s to tell the reader that pollution is a major problem and it is getting bigger and bigger and can also cause hazards to nature and animals. In this book , the author is telling the reader that we need to reduce the damage and pollution we are causing already to animals and can also cause global warming.

    What is the message of the text? The message of the text is to inform readers about what happens to lives of animals when we pollute their homes. Also their is probably another message as well, the other message is to not annoy your friends constantly and don’t agree with bets.

    He used very effective use of rhyming which made it a catchy sing-a-long book and funny entertaining personification to the frogs as they have very funny features as they are mischievous. It also is very descriptive words and adjectives that make a really clear picture inside your mind of what was happening.

    Lester has a very good sense of humour and Clyde is an old grump. These two combinations creat tension in the book which is very funny as they differ a lot. Lester is the mischievious one who always creates great funny tricks on Clyde, Clyde always go rage and bursts out in fury and dosent like his annoying tricks.

    The message of the text is; to never let pollution happen anywhere because many creatures live there and if we ruin their habitat, they will have to find another place to live, and that would be pretty hard. The reason I think this is because, when the frog (Lester) is walking around and he sees the awfull pond, polluted to the max, he was devastated, and he wanted to get away from the pond and go home.

    The pictures in this book are really life like, you can tell when Lester is sad or scared and when Clyde is angry or upset, they are really colourful and show emotion, and they really catch your eye and when Lester sees the the dump of a pond it really made me feel sorry for him.

    There are many language features in this book, there are high modality words and a lot of rhyme. There are also adjectives.

    The main characters are Lester and Clyde, Lester is a young frog who likes playing games he likes playing jokes that aren’t funny! Clyde is an older frog who lacks simple things he likes sitting on lily pads and relaxing in the sun.

    The intended audience is 5-12 because 5-9 can use the book for its story line and smaller children would enjoy the humor and the visual features. 10-12 can use the book for its language features because the book is very descriptive or they could use it for its story line if they like.

    4-The main characters in this story are two frogs names Lester and Clyde and Lester keeps playing pranks to the point where Clyde kicks Lester out but in the end Lester comes back.
    5-The believed intended audience for this story are children ages 4-13 because the way it’s set out is specifically for younger audiences like it rhymes in almost every paragraph and uses a lower level vocabulary whom younger kids will understand better than Alan extensive vocabulary.

    The main characters in this humorous book are Lester and Clyde the frogs, Lester is a younger funnier character who annoys Clyde when he’s sleeping and relaxing. Clyde is a chubby frog who likes to relax and doze in the sun. One day Lester finds Clyde sleeping and scares him, then agrees with a bet.
