    My favourite exercise was the scissor kicks because I got to use my core.

    The burpy exercise hurt the most because I challenged myself and did it with 3 kg weight.

    Burpees and scissors kicks.

    None of them hurt that much, but probably the scissor kicks.
    I really enjoy this 7 day challenge!

  5. Which exercise was your favourite? I really liked the ski jumps I have never done them before and it was nice to try something new.
    Which exercise hurt the most? This thing I didn’t like and the thing then hurt most was probably the Burpee’s it makes me really dizzy and puffed!!

  6. My favourite exercise was the ski hops because this way I can jump and exercise at the same time and I like it and the one that Hurt the most was the Burpee’s because they hurt me when I was jumping really fast in the air trying to touch the roof.
