  1. I really liked it a 20 minute workout it got
    me up and moving it made me puffed out
    and made me feel happy I like to have as a
    girl in the room and she was doing the workout
    to I liked it and I would definitely do it again I rated
    It a 5 out of 5. πŸ€ͺπŸ˜πŸ˜€πŸ˜…πŸ˜πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

  2. 2) What was easy?
    I found easy doing the kicks and then putting your straight like to the back.
    3) What was challenging?
    I found doing all them squats in a row was challenging.

  3. Most things were easy the exercise I found hard was the one where you have to keep your leg straight and step out with the other one. I found it a little too long.
