The fish go through big machines they get frozen washed wrapped in plastic and then get sent off to supermarkets and butchers. How are ocean ecosystems affected by commercial fishing nets? They destroyed things and there is no fish left to produce all the coral is wrecked so the fish have nowhere to go.

    Well if you keep on using giant nets then eventually your net is going to get old and begin to fall apart. All of your scraps from your net are going to end up in the ocean and kill all of the turtles and fish.

    The modern method was sitting on a boat with a rod peacefully catching a couple of fish, but the traditional way we go fishing it isn’t like a fun hobby,

    Old traditional fishing is usually based on one rod and one fish every couple of minutes, modern commercial fishing involves a big net that’s workshop all the fish so it’s harder for the female to reproduce and big boat to store all the fish in.

    Most Fish reproduce until they are 10, although the big companies that sell fish at the shops come with heavy tools to catch fish, they don’t care when The fish reproduce they just want fish that leads into making it harder for the female fish to reproduce.

    The ocean ecosystem food chain starts off with Ocean plants like coral and seagrass, the little fish need that to stay alive but the big fish like whales and sharks need little fish as well as some Ocean plant like coral and sea grass. Use the commercial fishing boats destroy all the coral and catch all the little fish, The big fish don’t have anything to eat should and they will starve to death and the little fish that are left don’t have any plants to eat.

    Traditional methods are better for the fish because they catch list and you only put in a line and wait where as modern commercial fishing methods are big boats with high tech trying to get a fish and they can get much more fish which means at the fish don’t have time to reproduce .

    Fish will either be extinct or be very Scarce and I which means that the coral probably won’t be looking too good.

    Which of the facts on the poster did you find the most surprising? Why?
    One fact that I found most supprising is it they would actually cut off the fin and then throw away the shark, And I think that if you’re going to fish don’t waste. Another fact that shocked me was that the boat had so much high-tech.
