    1) You feel like giving up but you can’t. It is not wrong to feel this way because every one needs a challenge.

    It feels like you can’t do anything.No it is not wrong to feel this way because no one is perfect and everyone has their faults but as long as you know that you can do it then it is no problem to feel a bit frustrated at first.

    When someone is challenging me I just feel to give up but then after the challenge I think about it and it always ends up being worth it and I am ready to do another one the next day.
    It is not wrong to feel the way you do when someone is challenging you because if you really think about it they are helping you.

    It’s not wrong to feel this way.Everyone has times were they win and were they fail.When you fail just think… How can I make or do this better?!

    Certainly not thinking that you will never be able to do and you not even trying because you ‘know’ it’s to hard. The attitude you want is thinking that you CAN do it and you CAN do it properly and this is important because then you can do and do it properly.

    We should have the attitude that we can do it even if it is difficult at first. This is important because if you give up than that is just something you are going to do and you shouldn’t give up because you really can do it but you never tell yourself you can.

    Thank the person who is challenging you and if you’re challenging yourself then you should always thank yourself too.This is important because it will help you in the future so never say to them or yourself ‘Why would you do that?’ ‘It will never help!’ Because you are the one making it not work because you are not trying hard enough.

    No I don’t think it is wrong to feel this way because Ieveryone has had a time in their life when they have wanted to give up, we just need to train our brain not to think this way. (change the mindset)

The reason why you should do this is because if you say it enough then you will start to believe it and will be more focused on this task because you want to finish it.
