1. What tips do the media use to get kids attention? Bright colours, big words, catchy jingles and exaggeration!!!
2.Name the first two breakfast cereals you think of. Rice bubbles and coco pops!!!
3. Why do you think you remembered those ones? They have personal jingles and bright colours and are also frequently advertised!!!
4. Name some techniques of effective advertising (newspaper,radio, internet, tv, magazines) What do they do to get your attention? They use catchy jingles, bright colours, big words and exaggeration!!!

1. What tips do the media use to get kids attention? Jingles from well-known songs tv shows and movies, bright and colourful colours, the latest and greatest, new toy that everyone will love.
2.Name the first two breakfast cereals you think of. Coco Pops and Fruit Loops
3. Why do you think you remembered those ones? Because they are advertised on ads on television and in shops, on special in shops sometimes, the packaging is bright and colourful, the pictures or charcters on them to make them interesting and they are cereals that we are allowed to buy sometimes.
4. Name some techniques of effective advertising (newspaper,radio, internet, tv, magazines) What do they do to get your attention? The internet and the television because 99% of people have a computer and tv that they use and watch. they use bright colours, cartoons that we love and that are cute. Also the wording and jingles that they use.

They use jingles or well known TV characters so kids will know what their talking about.
2.Name the first two breakfast cereals you think of.
Cornflakes and Rice Bubbles.
3. Why do you think you remembered those ones?
Because they are the cereals that I eat the most of and when I go to the shops they seem to be the most popular.
4. Name some techniques of effective advertising (newspaper,radio, internet, tv, magazines) What do they do to get your attention?
TV has lot’s of adds and if a brightly coloured one appears or one about a TV show that people like then they look at the add.

1. They will put ads on TV about things that kids will like. For an example: boys might be into playstation so they pu that on TV. Then kids will beg their parents to buy them that product.
2. I straight away think of Special K and Nutri Grain.
3. Because the people who make that cereal always advertises it on TV on ads.
4. Well I think the most common one would be ads on TV. It is very effective because they say “yours today or its cheap”. Now that is what I call effective advertising:)!

They use jingles that kids will remember, big bright headings and cheap prices so their parents might agree.

special k and coco pops

They are being advertised too many times and the adds stand out

tv has so many adds and will say their products are really cheap

1. Lots of exaggeration, cool jingles or raps and fake High Nutrition Value.
2. Reese’s Puffs and Cornflakes.
3. With Reese’s Puffs, I saw the advertisement on American TV so many times and it had a rap with it that was so catchy. With Cornflakes, well, it’s very popular and was a huge hit from the start.
4. Well, many TV advertisements have catchy jingles with them (not so much breakfast cereals though) and when I go onto YouTube, I very commonly have to sit through advertisements that don’t have the skip ad thing on it.

cool colours and theme songs. I think of weetbix and rice bubbles. I think I rememberd these cereals because there nice to eat. Some things that get peoples attention are advertisments, boxes, tv and posters. These things get my attention if they have loads of noticable colours. also if i see starwars I will defently have a look. On tv catchy themesongs will get my attention
